Who Am I?

I'm a therapist, an eating disorder survivor and an influencer. I struggled with an eating disorder and was stuck in the diet-binge-purge cycle for 8 years. So I "get it". Never thought I could make it out but here I am.

Now, I am dedicated to teaching the things I've learned along the way to help you and others recover.

I studied Psychology at Leiden University and got my master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. I have been running my Instagram account (@realistic.body.therapist) and working as a therapist for more than 2 years now. I post daily content about eating disorders, and I share my experiences and thoughts about the topic through this newsletter.
